We are looking for an experienced and responsible head of the sewing production for our company, which specializes in the production of work and specialized clothing. Your role will be crucial in managing production and ensuring process efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of the sewing process and technologies related to the production of work and specialized clothing.

• Ability to manage production processes and ensure high productivity and quality of work.

• Ability to organize a team.

Working Conditions

• Official employment;

• Timely payment of salary;

• Work schedule — Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00;

• Comfortable working conditions (bright room, new sewing equipment);

• Company car.

• We provide housing for free (apartment) in the Vinnytsia region.

Responsibilities

• Managing the activities of the sewing production, ensuring its effectiveness and compliance with established standards.

• Organization and control of production processes: receiving raw materials, cutting fabrics, sewing and assembling clothing.

• Ensuring adherence to the production schedule and timely completion of orders.

• Quality control of manufactured clothing, including conducting inspections and testing of products.

• Managing a team of seamstresses, including training, motivation, and performance evaluation.

• Collaboration with warehouses, technologists, and other departments to ensure quality and production planning.
